Thin-sliced beef and onion simmered in dashi, mirin, sake, and soy sauce, served on top of premium short-grain rice with beni shoga (red pickled ginger).

This veggie medley is paired with agedashi tofu and eggplants for both flavor and proteins. The rice is topped with burdock roots. The sesame vinaigrette (contains mayonnaise) and tempura sauce (contains bonito) are packed separately.

This bento is packed with variety. You'll get one salmon-wakame onigiri, one burdock root (kinpira) onigiri, two croquettes (beef/pork/potato mix), a tsukune chicken meatball skewer, and sesame broccoli.

"Hambagu" is an iconic Japanese home cooked dish. It derives from hamburger patties but has evolved into something completely different. Instead of just ground beef, the patty is mixed with panko and onion. It has a more fluffy texture compared to normal hamburger patties. Hambagu is topped with Hayashi sauce (wine/tomato-based).

Grilled Mackerel is a popular izakaya and bento dish in Japan. The fish oil in Mackerel makes it perfect for grilling. Besides the fish, the bento also comes with Fried Chicken Bites (Karaage), Braised Burdock Root (Kinpira), and Sesame Spinach.

Marinated thick-cut chicken fillet breaded with panko breadcrumb, then deep fried to golden crispy. Instead of tonkatsu sauce, this chicken katsu is served with donburi sauce (semi-sweet/salty). You can pour it on top or use it for dipping. There will also be sesame spinach and sesame bean sprouts on the side. (胡麻和え)

Kālua is a traditional Hawaiian cooking method that utilizes a specialized oven. The pork is salty and carries a unique smoky flavor. This bento also comes with brown rice and brussel sprouts tossed in pineapple chilli sauce.

Lion's Head is one of the most well-known Shanghainese dishes. The fluffy and juicy meatballs are braised in sweet soy sauce with traditional Chinese spices rendering a rich flavor. This bento is served with Shanghainese Bok Choy and white rice.

🌶🌶🌶 The base chili soup is prepared with Sichuan dry chilies, ginger, garlic, scallion, spicy bean paste, rice wine, and Sichuan peppercorns. The beef slices are first marinated in Sichuan spices then cooked in the chili soup before serving.
